Typhoon's Impact on the Environment

A typhoon is a large storm that brings wind, rain, and destruction that will cause a significant threat to the continuity of education. This impacts student learning, which should be prioritized given the urgent need for a more stable education system. The cancelation of classes due to typhoons needs a comprehensive strategy to solve this problem.

The cancellation of schools is one of the effects of typhoons it might be a flood, buildings could be destroyed, and vital resources could be lost. Disrupting the learning process has a large impact, particularly on children who are already experiencing academic failure. If the cancellation of the class lasts longer, the students will find it more difficult to study their lessons, especially those who experience academic failure. In addition to this, disaster damage may be the reason for class cancellation due to repairs to damaged buildings or school supplies. Beyond the immediate physical damage, it also affects people's emotional feelings.

Many families were displaced and lost their livelihoods during these events, which would result in their financial loss. The emotional trauma that students and teachers experience during and after a disaster can also affect their ability to understand their lessons and to teach their students.

Different strategies are needed to solve the problems caused by typhoons. It is important to invest in resilient school infrastructure, better drainage systems, and backup power generators. This would ensure that schools remain open throughout the typhoon and reduce the physical damage that storms cause. School closures will create less disturbance if flexible learning modalities, such online learning, are implemented. Providing students with digital learning materials and making sure that instructors are proficient in online instruction will support learning continuity even in situations where schools are closed.

In conclusion, the educational system has an issue when typhoons cause class disruptions. However, we can reduce the effects of these natural disasters on education by investing in resilient infrastructure and doing effective learning for students. To create more resilient educational systems that can survive the difficulties caused by typhoons and other natural disasters, governments, educational institutions, and individuals must work together for better improvement of our community.
