National Children's Month

 The National Children's Month this November 2024 will focus on violence against children, with the theme "Break the Prevalence, End the Violence: Protecting Children, Creating a Safe Philippines!" 

November each year is designated as National Children's Month. Numerous events and initiatives are organized across the country during this month to promote children's rights, safety, and general well-being while also increasing awareness of the difficulties they confront.

These activities may include seminars, workshops, health clinics, educational campaigns, and cultural events. The month also plays a role in raising awareness about child-related issues, such as child labor, child abuse, and child trafficking. Advocacy campaigns are often launched to encourage individuals, communities, and policymakers to take action to protect and promote children’s rights. Importantly, children themselves are encouraged to participate in activities and events during the month. This inclusion helps empower them and allows their voices to be heard on matters that affect their lives.


 In summary, the Philippines' National Children's Month is not only a celebration, it is an essential tool for promoting children's rights and freedom. The ongoing success of National Children's Month hinges on the unwavering dedication of all parties involved. Government departments, communities, and individuals must cooperate to guarantee that every child has the chance to flourish.

SOMETHING ABOUT ME

  First of all, lam the Just simple girl who lives from the barangay Paing Bantay Ilocos Sur. I was born normally in RHU Bantay and having a fun/happy family. We are four in our family. I have my only one sister that I can bond with whatever place and time I want. Of course, I also have my loving and supporting parents who are living happily together for so many years. REFLECTION

 I learned about the timeline of the internet, computers, pioneers, and blogs. I learned that computers are amazing tools that support us in our jobs and social interactions, much like the pioneers who shaped the internet and the world's innovations. Through blogs, we may communicate with others and share our opinions using technology.  Blogging demands guts to put our ideas out there for the world to see, just as pioneers had to be bold to venture into the unknown. One of the challenges I face is multitasking because of having a lot of activities/quizzes. Most of the time I can't do it all at the same time. Also, I'm struggling to improve my scores because sometimes I cannot understand the lesson we tackle.
